I`m Claire, the Founder of CPC, which is a Newhaven based Counselling and Psychotherapy service.  My approach is tailored to meet the individual needs of the client and work with individuals to help them to manage their difficulties and create meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.   

I have specific and lived experience in Addiction/Dependency, Bereavement and Neurodiversity, although available for many differing support requirements, with many clients accessing my services for Anxiety, Depression and Trauma.  I use varying modalities to help clients use the space effectively and welcome creative approaches where possible.

Qualifications:

• - Basic Neuroscience of Addiction and Recovery 

I pride myself in always looking for further training in new areas, to bring a widened and robust collaboration of skills to my work.

* Office location is just a few minutes walk from the main bus services and train station.  There is also disabled access to my office.

I also offer Telephone and online sessions, with home visits available subject to requirements.
